Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trip Studio (the "Service") at my-trip-studio.com, operated by Tejinder Garg. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Trip Studio is
Trip Studio is an AI-assisted tool that generates suggested travel itineraries, estimated costs, weather information, visa pointers, and links to third-party booking sites. It is an informational planning aid only. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking service, or provider of professional travel, financial, legal, immigration, or medical advice.
2. Estimates and accuracy
All itineraries, prices, distances, travel times, weather figures, visa details, and other outputs are AI-generated estimates and suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. In particular:
- Costs are estimates, not quotes or guaranteed prices. Actual fares and rates change constantly and must be confirmed on the booking provider's site.
- Visa, entry, and travel-requirement information is a general pointer only and must be verified on official government sources before you travel.
- Weather is based on forecasts (short range) or historical seasonal averages (longer range) and is not a guarantee of conditions.
- Distances and travel times are approximate.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it or making any booking or travel decision.
3. Third-party bookings & links
Trip Studio links to third-party websites to search or book flights, trains, hotels, car rentals, and attractions. We do not process bookings or payments ourselves. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that third party, governed by their terms and prices. We are not responsible for the products, services, availability, pricing, or conduct of any third-party site. Some links are affiliate links (see our Disclaimer).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it; misuse it to generate harmful, infringing, or abusive content; or resell or redistribute its output as a competing service. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse.
5. Accounts
You may use Trip Studio without an account. If you create one to save trips, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its code are owned by the operator. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Itineraries you generate are for your personal travel-planning use.
7. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that outputs are correct or that the Service will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, reliance on its outputs, or any third-party booking. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims or losses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts located in India.
